Bibliothèques Hors les Murs au Jardin des Plantes

This summer, the Bibliothèque Buffon and the libraries of the Muséum National d'Histoire Naturelle take over the Jardin des Plantes for a weekly outdoor program of readings, games, and coloring activities. Held every Wednesday morning in front of the Grandes Serres, the event invites families and children to enjoy literature and nature in a beautiful botanical setting.

The free sessions run from July 8 to August 26, offering a relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere in one of Paris's most iconic green spaces. Whether you're looking for a quiet storytelling moment or a playful activity under the trees, this is a perfect way to spend a summer morning.

Please note that the event may be canceled in case of extreme heat or bad weather. It is organized by the Bibliothèque Buffon and is part of the larger "Les bibliothèques hors les murs" series.
