Throughout July, the Fabrique de la Solidarité in Paris’s 2nd arrondissement hosts a free, multi-generational sports program designed to get everyone moving. Led by the association INITIACTIV', each session focuses on gentle muscle strengthening, stretching, and shadow boxing in a welcoming atmosphere.
Beyond the workouts, two special dates add extra layers: on 10 July, participants can discover the cooperative board game Cité Cœur with VYV Solidaires, and on 17 July, photographer Karen Assayag leads a guided tour of her exhibition "Ce qu'il reste au fond de moi." A new evening slot on 30 July offers shadow boxing and gentle gym.
Part of the Paris en Seine 2026 festival, this event is fully accessible to people with reduced mobility, hearing, and visual impairments, making it a truly inclusive community gathering.
