Coez is the stage name of Silvano Albanese, an Italian singer-songwriter and rapper born July 11, 1983, in Nocera Inferiore, Campania. He began his musical career in 2002, initially collaborating with hip hop collectives before establishing himself as a solo artist blending rap with melodic pop songwriting, and has become one of the more commercially successful voices in Italian urban music.

Über Coez

His breakthrough came with the album Non erano fiori (2013), followed by Niente che non va (2015) and Faccio un casino (2017), the latter certified six-times platinum and nominated for IMPALA's European Album of the Year Award. His 2019 album È sempre bello reached number one and went three-times platinum, and in 2023 he released the chart-topping collaborative album Lovebars with Frah Quintale. Notable singles include Nella casa and La musica non c'è, his first number-one hit.
