Omah Lay, born Omah Stanley Didia in Port Harcourt, Nigeria in 1997, is an Afrobeats and R&B artist from a musical family. He worked as a songwriter and producer for other artists before going solo in 2019 with the singles "Do Not Disturb" and "Hello Brother."

Über Omah Lay
His debut EP, Get Layd (2020), topped Nigerian Apple Music charts and included "Bad Influence," the most-streamed Nigerian song on the platform that year; it earned him The Headies "Next Rated" award. His debut album, Boy Alone (2022), reached number one in Nigeria, and he has since collaborated with Justin Bieber on "Attention" and surpassed a billion streams on Spotify.
