Yellowcard are a pop punk band formed in 1997 in Jacksonville, Florida, known for pairing distorted guitars with Sean Mackin's violin, an unusual combination for the genre.

Über Yellowcard
Their 2003 album Ocean Avenue, featuring the title track and Only One, went double platinum and became the band's defining record. They split in 2017 after a farewell tour, then reunited in 2022 at Riot Fest in Chicago.
Since reforming, the band released the Childhood Eyes EP and the album Better Days, whose title track gave them their first number one on Billboard's Alternative Airplay chart in 2025.
