The Barcelona International Carillon Festival brings a rare musical experience to the heart of the city's Gothic Quarter. Each summer, the festival transforms the Palau de la Generalitat's courtyard and Gothic Gallery into an open-air concert hall, where the sounds of the palace's 49-bell carillon drift through the historic streets.
