Lali Aygüadé Company: A Dance Performance on Virtual vs. Real

The show delves into how we curate our online personas, often hiding negativity while projecting positivity, and questions the authenticity of these constructed identities.

Set at the Centro Danza Matadero in Madrid, the performance examines the addictive nature of likes and comments, and how technology can blind us to our immediate surroundings. Through movement and choreography, the company investigates the instability we feel as we search for a genuine connection between ourselves, technology, and others.

This thought-provoking piece offers a critical look at contemporary digital culture, making it a compelling experience for audiences interested in the intersection of art and social commentary.
