L'été au musée

This summer, the Musée de la Légion d'honneur et des ordres de chevalerie invites families on a playful quest through its remarkable collection of medals, precious objects, and paintings. The museum traces the history of chivalry and the rewarding of merit, offering a unique cultural experience in the heart of Paris.

Designed for children aged 8 and up, the guided tour turns exploration into a chivalrous treasure hunt. Participants follow a fun-filled itinerary to discover the museum's treasures and earn their reward. It's an engaging way for families to learn about France's prestigious orders and decorations.

The event takes place on select Wednesday afternoons in July and August, with free admission but mandatory registration. The museum is located at 2 rue de la Légion d'honneur in the 7th arrondissement, though it is not accessible for visitors with reduced mobility or sensory impairments.
