Jamie Duffy Live in Athens

Jamie Duffy makes his first appearance in Greece on Friday 16 October at the Parnassos Literary Society in central Athens, doors at 21:00. The 24-year-old Irish singer-songwriter from Monaghan writes folk-leaning, orchestral pop songs; his debut single 'Solas' became the most-streamed debut by an Irish artist since Hozier's 'Take Me to Church', and he has since sold out his own Irish headline tour, supported Andrea Bocelli and Hans Zimmer at BST Hyde Park, and passed two million monthly Spotify listeners. His self-titled debut album, recorded partly in Iceland with BAFTA-winning composer Atli Örvarsson, followed his 2024 EP 'On A Wing'. He also scored the film '500 Miles', starring Bill Nighy and Maisie Williams. Tickets start from €33 for a show expected to run around two and a half hours.
