Thessaloniki International Film Festival 2026

The Thessaloniki International Film Festival (TIFF) returns for its 67th edition, transforming the city into a hub for independent cinema and emerging filmmakers from around the world. Held annually in November, the festival takes place at the historic Olympion theater on Aristotelous Square and at the port's restored warehouses, with Warehouse C serving as the main hub. Attendees can expect a rich program of international competition sections, tributes to major filmmakers, and sidebar events including masterclasses, exhibitions, live concerts, and workshops.

The festival has a storied history, evolving from a national Greek film week in 1960 to an international event since 1992.
