Correspondências: Ar.Co Residency 2025-26

Correspondências presents the results of an immersive artistic residency that brings together students from Ar.Co and artists from the P28 studio at Hospital Júlio de Matos. Under the artistic direction of Marcelo Costa, the exhibition showcases diverse expressions built on a shared premise: a joint exploration using the idea of correspondence as a starting point for collaborative pieces.

P28 is an association dedicated to the creation and exhibition of contemporary art within the hospital context. Ar.Co – Centro de Arte e Comunicação Visual, founded in 1973, is an independent art school with a strong emphasis on practical experimentation. Visitors can explore a wide range of drawing and painting practices in this unique setting.
