The Time Jumpers at 3rd and Lindsley

The Time Jumpers are a Nashville Western Swing institution, born in 1998 when a circle of studio musicians began jamming together. Their Monday-night residency grew out of the Station Inn, a long-running bluegrass club, and later moved to 3rd and Lindsley, where it became a fixture on Music Row. The current edition is a ten-piece band playing a mix of country, swing, jazz and pop standards.

Over the years the room has drawn a remarkable list of drop-ins, from Bonnie Raitt, Reba McEntire, Norah Jones and Robert Plant to The White Stripes and Kings of Leon. With credits spanning Slim Whitman and Carrie Underwood to Barbra Streisand and Megadeth, the players bring a deep well of music history to every tune.
