Open Mic Performer Sign-Ups at The Bluebird Cafe

The Bluebird Cafe, Nashville's legendary listening room, opens its stage every Monday for an Open Mic night that gives songwriters a chance to perform original material in an intimate setting. Participants sign up online for one of 18 slots and play 1-2 original songs, solo or with up to two accompanists, using the house Taylor guitar or Kawai digital piano. Drums and backing tracks are not permitted.

The evening is made possible by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA), which supports The Bluebird Cafe's role in nurturing developing talent. Performers can bring one guest, and additional audience seats are available on a first-come, first-served basis when doors open. The club's all-ages policy and cozy atmosphere make it a quintessential Nashville experience for both emerging artists and music lovers.
