Tournament of Kings Dinner Show at Excalibur

Tournament of Kings is a medieval-themed dinner show on the Las Vegas Strip at the Excalibur Hotel and Casino. Opened in June 1990 as King Arthur's Tournament, it became the third-longest running show on the Strip by 2018. The show features knights on horseback engaging in jousting and Capture the Flag, with a storyline where King Arthur's son Christopher battles the villain Mordred using pyrotechnics.

Audience members are served a three-course meal including Cornish game hen, typically without utensils, and are encouraged to participate. The show's cast of 40 performers and 22 horses, along with elaborate costumes and special effects, creates an immersive experience. Originally conceived by entertainment director Mike Hartzell, the show was produced by the father-son duo Peter and Patrick Jackson, with script and lead role by Doug Baker.
