Gorillaz Bring The Mountain Tour to Charlotte

Gorillaz will perform at Charlotte's PNC Music Pavilion on Wednesday 23 September 2026 as part of their tour supporting the album *The Mountain*. The show will feature the virtual band alongside special guests Little Simz and Deltron 3030.

The Mountain, released in February 2026, draws heavily from Indian classical instrumentation and features collaborations with a wide range of artists including Asha Bhosle, Black Thought, Idles, and Johnny Marr. The album explores themes of death, grief, and the afterlife, inspired by personal losses experienced by creators Damon Albarn and Jamie Hewlett.

Attendees can expect a full performance of the album's eclectic mix of electronic, pop, and world music influences, with the band's signature animated visuals and storytelling. The tour follows the album's debut at a special 25th anniversary show in London.
