Σχετικά με Charlotte de Witte
She won the Techno Award at the DJ Awards in 2019 and topped DJ Mag's Techno Top 100 poll every year from 2022 to 2025, reaching number 9 in the magazine's overall Top 100 DJs ranking that year. A 2021 remix of "The Age of Love," made with her husband, Italian techno producer Enrico Sangiuliano, was certified gold.
She founded the record label KNTXT in 2019, releasing her own material alongside artists such as Chris Liebing and Monoloc, and launched a second label, Époque, in 2024, for reworkings of Belgian dance tracks. Her sets favor a stripped-back, acid-driven strain of techno built on heavy basslines. She became the first female headliner in the history of a leading Detroit techno festival.
De Witte released her debut album, "Charlotte de Witte," in 2025, and drew a free outdoor crowd of roughly 12,500 in Ghent that year. She continues to record and perform alongside Sangiuliano, with whom she has collaborated on multiple releases.
