Lithuanian jazz vocalist Viktorija Gečytė brings her quartet to Le Melville for two evenings of sophisticated swing and velvet phrasing. Known for her angelic voice and impeccable timing, Gečytė draws inspiration from Carmen McRae, Anita O’Day, and Abbey Lincoln, blending classic jazz standards with original compositions.
The quartet features Solène Cairoli on double bass, Julie Saury on drums, and Ramona Horvath on piano, creating an intimate yet dynamic atmosphere. With over 15 years of touring and collaborations with bassist Gene Perla, Gečytė has earned acclaim across Europe and the US.
