Yoga de l'arbre / Atelier créatif land art

This family-friendly event at Bibliothèque Amélie combines a tree-themed yoga session with a creative land art workshop, part of the "L'Automne de la science" series focused on nature.

The yoga portion, from 10h to 11h, invites participants to slow down, breathe, and connect with trees through exercises promoting balance, serenity, and well-being. From 11h to 12h, the land art workshop transforms natural elements into artistic creations, offering a magical experience for both children and adults.

Attendees can choose to join one or both activities. The event is free but requires registration starting August 25, and is accessible to those with reduced mobility. It's a perfect opportunity to enjoy a mindful morning in a creative, nature-inspired setting.
