Los Angeles Philharmonic

The Los Angeles Philharmonic was founded in 1919 by William Andrews Clark, Jr. Gustavo Dudamel currently serves as music director, with the orchestra performing at Walt Disney Concert Hall during the regular season and at the Hollywood Bowl in summer.

This concert takes place at the Hollywood Bowl, an outdoor amphitheater that has hosted the orchestra for decades. The LA Phil has a history of introducing new works, having presented 57 world premieres since moving into Walt Disney Concert Hall in 2003.
