Duane Betts & Palmetto Motel bring a fiery blend of blues-rock to San Diego's Music Box, backed by the soulful sounds of Anna Ballew. Betts, carrying forward the Southern rock tradition of his father Dickey Betts, delivers searing guitar solos and heartfelt storytelling alongside his band. The lineup includes Johnny Stachela on guitar and vocals, Pedro Arevalo on bass, Vincent Fossett Jr. on drums, and Max Butler on B-3 organ, creating a dynamic live show filled with improvisational jamming.

Opening the night is Anna Ballew, a Missoula-born singer-songwriter whose music blends folk, bluegrass, and funk influences. Now based in San Diego, she brings a calming presence and passion for justice to her performances, having released her first single in January and working on an upcoming album. Together, the evening offers a mix of roots rock and authentic musical storytelling in an intimate standing-room venue.
