David Bisbal - Tour Eternos is held at the Plaza de Toros de Murcia. Seating is divided by ticket type: S1, S2, S3 and S4 are a continuous numbered concrete bench without a backrest; all seats beginning with A are a continuous numbered wooden bench without a backrest; and G seats are individual numbered seats with a backrest. Documentation may be requested at the entrance to prove the age of attendees, and only the original DNI is valid.

For reduced mobility access, official documentation sufficient to prove the special mobility conditions for which the specific-location seat was bought must be presented together with the ticket. People who do not document their situation cannot enter with this type of ticket, even if they have completed their purchase. Companions of people with reduced mobility must buy the ticket called "Entrada acompañante" and are placed in a seat adjacent to that of their companion.

The organisation may record, broadcast and film the concert and therefore also the attendees. By their mere presence at the concert, attendees recognise and accept that their image and voice may be photographed and recorded and may be included in the resulting archive material, in photographic and/or video format, for dissemination or transmission by any means currently known or developed in the future, in perpetuity and throughout the universe.
