Rival Sons
Rival Sons are an American rock band formed in Long Beach, California, in 2009, comprising vocalist Jay Buchanan, guitarist Scott Holiday, drummer Mike Miley, and bassist Dave Beste. The band plays a blues-rock and hard-rock sound rooted in classic-rock revival, recorded across eight studio albums with longtime producer Dave Cobb.

Acerca de Rival Sons
Releases include Before the Fire (2009), Pressure & Time (2011), Head Down (2012), Great Western Valkyrie (2014), Hollow Bones (2016), Feral Roots (2019), and the paired albums Darkfighter and Lightbringer (2023). Pressure & Time reached number 19 on the Billboard charts, and Feral Roots earned the band two Grammy Award nominations in 2020.
Rival Sons are signed to Atlantic Records through Cobb's Low Country Sound imprint and won Breakthrough Artist at the 2012 Classic Rock Roll of Honour Awards. They have opened for AC/DC, Black Sabbath, Alice Cooper, and Deep Purple over an extensive touring career.
