Yeat is the stage name of Noah Olivier Smith, an American rapper born February 26, 2000, in Irvine, California, of Romanian, Mexican and British heritage. He began releasing mixtapes independently, including Deep Blue Strips (2018) and 4L (2021), developing a style built on Auto-Tune-processed vocals and aggressive, synth-heavy production associated with the rage rap subgenre.

He rose to wider prominence in 2021 after tracks including "Get Busy" and "Money So Big" went viral on TikTok. His subsequent releases include the albums Up 2 Me (2021), 2 Alive (2022), Afterlyfe (2023), 2093 (2024) and ADL (2026), along with the EPs Lyfe (2022) and Dangerous Summer (2025).

Yeat's guest verse on Drake's "IDGAF" (2023) debuted at number two on the Billboard Hot 100 and topped the Global 200 chart. His album Lyfestyle (2024) became his first to debut at number one on the Billboard 200, part of a run of seven top-ten album debuts through 2026. He made his runway debut at the Vetements Spring/Summer 2026 show in October 2025.
