A càrrec de l'Oleguer Biete Públic: adult Farem una passejada pel sector de Torras i Bages on descobrirem la història i els indrets més significatius d'aquesta part del barri o el que fou l'antic poble de Sant Andreu. El projecte d'urbanització de l'actual Passeig de Torras i Bages i els seus entorns va ser al 1822, tot i que no es va posar en marxa fins un segle més tard, al 1918, i les obres no és van iniciar fins l'any 1928. L'objectiu de l'Ajuntament de Sant Andreu ja des del segle XIX, era la unió de l'actual Pl. d'Orfila amb el camí de Santa Coloma. Així doncs, veurem exteriorment què queda d'aquella època i la seva evolució. Un bon exemple és la Casa Bloc la qual és un bon símbol al barri. Entrada gratuita.
