Les P'tits Trucs: Weekly Creative Workshops for Kids

Every Wednesday afternoon, the Bibliothèque Jacqueline de Romilly in Paris's 18th arrondissement transforms into a hub of creativity and fun for children aged 6 to 12. Les P'tits Trucs offers a rotating schedule of hands-on activities, from arts and crafts using thread, paper, glue, and paint to board games that go beyond the ordinary. Kids can also dive into video games with librarians or settle in for a film screening on the big screen.

Occasionally, special events with neighborhood partners add extra excitement, such as boxing or fencing initiations and live performances. The program runs weekly from September 2026 through June 2027, providing a consistent and engaging after-school option. All activities are free and take place in the library's animation room, making it an accessible and welcoming space for young explorers.
