Heaven 17 Perform Penthouse and Pavement in Manchester

Heaven 17 bring their landmark debut album *Penthouse and Pavement* to Manchester for a full live performance. The synth-pop band, formed by former Human League members Martyn Ware and Ian Craig Marsh alongside vocalist Glenn Gregory, will recreate the album that blended electronic pop with funk influences and politically charged lyrics.
