The Canadian rock band has a storied history dating back to 1992, originally forming as Groundswell in Norwood, Ontario. After a brief breakup, the core trio of Adam Gontier, Neil Sanderson, and Brad Walst regrouped under the current name, eventually recruiting guitarist Barry Stock in 2003. The band saw a significant lineup change in 2013 when Gontier departed and was replaced by Matt Walst, Brad's younger brother. In 2024, Gontier officially rejoined, making the band a dual-vocalist quintet for the first time since their early days.
