Chanel Beads is the musical project of American musician Shane Lavers, blending synthetic sounds with real instruments to create a dreamy, experimental pop sound. Lavers, along with vocalist Maya McGrory and violinist Zachary Paul, delivers live performances known for their improvisational and confrontational energy, often in intimate settings.
Their debut album, *Your Day Will Come*, arrived in 2024 to positive reviews, followed by a second album of the same name in 2026. The project has toured extensively and opened for acts like Lorde and Mount Kimbie. Chanel Beads is the musical project of American musician Shane Lavers, based in New York City and signed to Jagjaguwar. Lavers works closely with singer Maya McGrory, who also records as Colle, and with experimental violinist Zachary Paul.
Mechatok
Emir Timur Tokdemir, better known as Mechatok, is a German music producer and DJ. He is known as a frequent collaborator with the Drain Gang music collective, releasing a collaborative album with Bladee, Good Luck, in 2020. In 2025, he released his debut solo studio album, Wide Awake.
