Swervedriver, The Life And Times, Slow Fiction: 35 Years of Raise

Swervedriver are celebrating the 35th anniversary of their seminal album "Raise" by playing it in full on this North American tour, along with a selection of deep cuts from their catalog. The English alternative rock band, formed in Oxford in 1989, will be joined by The Life And Times and Slow Fiction for an evening of nostalgic and energetic live music. Attendees can expect a night of powerful guitar-driven rock at Thalia Hall, as the band revisits their early work and showcases material from their recent World's Fair EP.

The band's history spans decades, with four studio albums on Creation Records in the 90s, a breakup in 1998, and a reunion in 2007 that has produced two more albums and reissues. Their 99th Dream reissue charted in the UK, and their latest EP marks their first new music in over five years. This show offers a rare chance to hear the full "Raise" album live, a cornerstone of the shoegaze and alternative rock scene.
