Next Wave: Kailua Music School Bands at Blue Note Hawaii

Fresh off a year of major milestones, Kailua Music School brings its Icon Academy Band Program to Blue Note Hawaii for a night of live music. These young musicians have performed alongside Henry Kapono, opened for Silversun Pickups, and shared stages with The Green and Anuhea. They recently released a debut album, celebrated with student music videos on a Times Square billboard and a sold-out premiere at Kailua Cinemas.

The event features a curated selection of 25 keiki and teen bands from the school's thriving program, showcasing original music and crowd favorites. The atmosphere is electric—this is a concert experience, not a recital, as rising stars discover their voice and own the stage.
