ROCKETMAN Sing-Along at The Castro Theatre

At the historic Castro Theatre, ROCKETMAN SING-ALONG turns the Elton John biopic into a full-voiced communal screening. Audiences are invited to belt out his best-known songs alongside hundreds of fellow fans, with the film’s pop spectacle filling the room.

Hosts Toby Moore and Laurie Bushman emcee the night and run a costume contest before the movie, so glamour and sparkle are part of the fun. Costumes are strongly encouraged, and lightsticks are a good idea. The film traces Reginald Dwight’s transformation into Elton John, his 1970s breakthrough, and his collaboration with Bernie Taupin.
