The Pancakes and Booze Art Show

Chicago’s pop-up underground art show returns to Reggies Rock Club for a night of free pancakes, live art, and local talent. Over 100 local artists display more than 750 pieces across the venue, while DJs and music producers keep the energy high with live audio performances. Live body painting adds to the immersive, anything-goes atmosphere.

This is no stuffy gallery event—it’s a freewheeling celebration where emerging artists sell and showcase their work in a welcoming, unpretentious environment. The LA-based movement has popped up over 500 times in 35+ cities across North America and Europe since 2009, and the Chicago edition promises the same creative chaos: batter sizzling, beer flowing, and walls lined with canvas from floor to ceiling.
