The Inspector Cluzo in Cleveland

French rock duo The Inspector Cluzo, formed in 2007 in Mont-de-Marsan, bring their high-energy live show to Cleveland. Composed of Laurent "Malcolm" Lacrouts on guitar and vocals and Mathieu "Phil" Jourdain on drums, the band’s sound fuses funk rock, heavy metal, blues-rock, and hard-rock, creating a surprisingly large sound from just two musicians. Their name, proposed by Fishbone’s Angelo Moore, pays homage to the Pink Panther’s Inspector Clouseau.

Beyond the music, the duo runs a 15-hectare organic family farm in Gascony called "Lou Casse", producing wheat, corn, and raising geese. They split their time between farming and touring, embedding agroecology lectures into their concerts. With over 800 concerts in 44 countries and 100,000 albums sold, their independent spirit—managing their own label and bookings—shines through in every performance.
