A Drag Queen Christmas is an annual touring holiday drag show featuring alumni of RuPaul's Drag Race, staged at theaters across the United States each December since it began touring in 2017. The production brings together rotating rosters of past contestants for themed holiday routines, lip-sync numbers, and comedy segments built around a rotating host.
Early tours were hosted by Trinity the Tuck and featured performers including Aja, Chi Chi DeVayne, Eureka O'Hara, Farrah Moan, Kim Chi, Latrice Royale, Sasha Velour, and Shea Couleé, with stops at roughly twenty venues nationwide.
The show drew national attention in December 2019 when a conservative advocacy group organized a petition, ultimately gathering about 13,000 signatures, to cancel a scheduled Kansas City performance; the show proceeded as planned, and the attempted cancellation was widely covered by LGBTQ press. The episode underscored the tour's visibility as one of the largest drag productions touring the United States.
The tour has continued in subsequent years with updated casts of Drag Race alumni, maintaining its format of large-scale holiday drag performance in mainstream theater venues.
