À propos de The Coral
Their self-titled debut album (2002) reached number five on the UK Albums Chart and earned a Mercury Prize nomination, later ranking among NME's best albums of that year. Magic and Medicine (2003) became their only UK number one album, generating four top-20 singles including "Pass It On." Further releases such as The Invisible Invasion (2005), Roots & Echoes (2007) and Butterfly House (2010) extended the band's catalogue; Butterfly House was named UK Album of the Year at the 2010 Music Producers Guild Awards.
Singles including "Dreaming of You," "Goodbye" and "In the Morning" remain among the band's best-known songs. The Coral have continued to record and tour into the 2020s, maintaining the blend of vintage pop songwriting and psychedelic arrangement that has characterized their work since the early 2000s.
