This workshop invites 6 parent-child duos to dance, play, invent, and share a sensitive and joyful moment through movement. Designed for children aged 4 to 6, the session is inclusive, welcoming children with and without disabilities to foster encounter, diversity, and discovery of others through dance.
Led by Julie, a dance therapist and practitioner in artistic mediation, the approach is sensitive, playful, and creative. Parents and children explore the link to themselves, to others, and to the body in motion within a safe and adapted framework. No prerequisites are needed—just come as you are, with the desire to move and connect.
The event is part of the Mental Health Information Weeks in Parisian libraries, offering a privileged space-time for families to strengthen bonds and experience the joy of movement together.
