Blue Hour: A New Cultural Format in Lisbon's Rossio

Blue Hour is a new cultural format debuting in Lisbon's Rossio, transforming a large blank facade of the hotel adjacent to Rossio Gardens into a living public canvas. The facade, originally designed for projection and never before used for a cultural program, measures approximately 5 × 13 meters and will feature original large-scale video art paired with curated electronic music.

Visitors can view the projection for free from Rossio Square, while a ticket grants access to the interior garden, the full program, a high-fidelity sound system, and direct contact with the artists. The event runs from July 23 to August 31, 2026, creating a unique social gathering that blends art, music, and community in the heart of Lisbon.
