Channel Tres brings the Enigma Tour to Phoenix with support from Yamagucci. Sheldon Jerome Young, known professionally as Channel Tres, is an American rapper, DJ, singer, and record producer from Compton, California, whose early years playing drums in church shaped his musical outlook.
He broke through with 'Controller,' a single picked up by BBC Radio 1 and later described as a cult hit by Australian station triple j. His self-titled EP and the single 'Black Moses,' featuring JPEGMAFIA, built on that momentum.
He has played US headline shows, and before that he spent time making beats for Duckwrth, Wale, and Kehlani. That production background, combined with his work as a singer and DJ, should make for a wide-ranging live show.
