The band was formed in Las Vegas by former U.P.O. bassist Zoltan Bathory and drummer Jeremy Spencer, taking its name from classic martial arts cinema. Its debut album, The Way of the Fist, arrived after a series of early tours and was followed by albums including War Is the Answer and American Capitalist.
