Concierto de Aranjuez: Tucson Symphony Orchestra

The Tucson Symphony Orchestra (TSO) presents an evening of Spanish-inspired music featuring the beloved *Concierto de Aranjuez* by Joaquín Rodrigo. The concert stars acclaimed guitarist Rafael Aguirre, known for his expressive interpretations, alongside actor José Luis Gómez, who lends narrative depth to the performance.

Founded in 1928, the TSO is the oldest continuously running performing arts organization in the American Southwest. From humble beginnings with just two concerts in its debut season, the orchestra has grown into a cultural cornerstone, performing over 60 concerts annually from September through May.

Today, the TSO calls the historic Linda Ronstadt Music Hall its home, a venue that has hosted the orchestra since 1971. This concert is part of the orchestra's Classics Series, which showcases masterworks from the orchestral repertoire.
