Dead Poet Society & Honey Revenge in Baltimore

This Baltimore show brings together four rock acts on one bill. Dead Poet Society, the Boston-formed band known for a sound the frontman describes as “heavy indie rock” and “djent pop,” anchors the night alongside Honey Revenge, Hunny, and Broadside. Expect heavy, down-tuned guitar riffs that contrast with soft, pop-adjacent choruses and verses.

Dead Poet Society’s path to this stage began in Boston, where the members met while studying at the Berklee College of Music and settled on the band name days before their first concert. The group self-produced its early recordings, later signed to Spinefarm Records, and released the debut album -!-. Its music has been described as “dark alternative hard rock” rooted in “angst and outrage at the world and themselves,” and the band built a US following after opening for Badflower and touring widely in Mexico.
