WMOT Finally Friday: Dan Arwady, George Carnes & Stephanie

WMOT Finally Friday brings a free afternoon of Americana to 3rd and Lindsley in Nashville, featuring three distinct singer-songwriters. Dan Arwady, a songwriter, guitarist, vocalist, drummer, and producer, co-founded the bands Vara Wade, Sure Fire Groove, and The Brothers II. George Carnes, a Nashville-based multi-instrumentalist from Louisville, Kentucky, is set to release his debut EP "Georgia Nights," produced by Matt Rollings with cameos from Mickey Raphael and Stuart Duncan. Stephanie Sammons, praised for her "emotive voice and plainspoken storytelling" by the Nashville Scene, has won the Kerrville Folk Festival's New Folk Competition and the Wildflower Al Johnson Performing Songwriter Contest.

The event offers a relaxed, all-ages atmosphere in the heart of Nashville's music scene.
