The Amazons
The Amazons are a rock band from Reading, Berkshire, formed in 2014 after several years performing under the name Peers. Their self-titled debut album reached the UK top ten in 2017, the same year the band appeared on the BBC's Sound of 2017 longlist and NME's acts to watch.

Later records, including Future Dust and How Will I Know If Heaven Will Find Me?, kept the band inside the UK top ten, built on big, melodic choruses pitched somewhere between indie rock and arena-sized hard rock.
