The True Health Summit is an international conference bringing world-leading experts in metabolic health, nutrition, longevity, microbiome science, and lifestyle medicine to Limassol on 29–30 August 2026. This is serious science: keynote talks and panel discussions examining the root causes of chronic disease and the evidence-based strategies to achieve optimal health.
Held at Grand Resort in Limassol, the summit starts at 8:30 am on Saturday. Speakers and detailed agenda will be published as the event approaches.
