Blindr

Blindr is a new comedy-drama playing at Teachers Club in Dublin from 26 to 28 October 2026. It is written by Sean Denyer. The story follows Frank, who has returned to his rural Sligo roots because his mother is sick and he must care for her. He has given up on ever finding love. His mother prompts him to get back on the dating scene, and an unexpected connection on Grindr gives him renewed hope. Yuri, a newly employed Ukrainian home-help, eases his caring responsibilities, and things start to look up. Then an unexpected discovery derails his budding romance, and help arrives from an entirely unexpected source.
