This Will Destroy You

This Will Destroy You, the American post-rock band from San Marcos, Texas, formed in 2004, will perform in Poznan. They compose lengthy atmospheric instrumental pieces with layers of effects-laden guitar and heavy use of dynamics. Their fourth album, Another Language, entered the Billboard Heatseekers Album Chart at number 7 in 2014.

Attendees can expect an evening of instrumental post-rock that builds from quiet passages to intense crescendos. The band's eponymous 2008 album was called "a true classic of its kind" by Drowned in Sound. The show is presented by Winiary Bookings.
