CHUCK ISRAELS JAZZ ORCH - Jazz Titan Thursdays

Jazz Titan Thursdays at the Jack London Revue brings together two of the Pacific Northwest's most influential jazz acts in an intimate speakeasy setting. The Chuck Israels Jazz Orchestra takes the stage alongside the Mel Brown B3 Organ Group for an evening of soul, jazz, and bebop.

Chuck Israels, a bassist who has performed and recorded with legends like Billie Holiday and John Coltrane, leads his orchestra through a repertoire of classic and original compositions. The Mel Brown B3 Organ Group, named for the drummer who backed Motown greats, provides a swinging rhythm section. Together, they create a dynamic night of live music in Portland's top jazz club.
