Orchestra Noir: Culture 2000 Tour II in Raleigh

Orchestra Noir, an all-Black orchestra, returns with Culture 2000 Tour II, an all-new production focusing on the biggest Hip-Hop and R&B hits of the early and late 2000s. Under the direction of Maestro Jason Ikeem Rodgers, the ensemble transforms these songs into a fresh orchestral experience.
