Tournament of Kings

At Excalibur on the Las Vegas Strip, Tournament of Kings folds dinner theatre into a medieval arena spectacle. Guests tuck into a three-course meal built around Cornish game hen while eight European kings ride into the arena at King Arthur's request, trading banquets for jousting and Capture the Flag. The cast encourages the room to cheer sides on, and the action builds toward a firework-heavy showdown when Arthur's enemy Mordred arrives and kills the king.

The show is aimed squarely at families, and the hen is best enjoyed with fingers — utensils are typically not provided. Beyond the jousting, expect dancing maidens, invading armies, and a finale in which Arthur's son Christopher vanquishes Mordred and takes the crown.
