Russell Kane
Russell Kane is an English stand-up comedian who began performing in 2004, winning the Laughing Horse New Act of the Year award the same year. He built a reputation on the Edinburgh Fringe circuit through the late 2000s, with shows including Gaping Flaws and Human Dressage.

In 2010 he won the Edinburgh Comedy Awards' main prize for his show Smokescreens and Castles. Alongside stand-up, he has presented television and radio programmes, including BBC Radio 4's Evil Genius and its Sky History spin-off.
